Arrival from 15h00 to 21h00.
Departure from 8h00 to 10h00.
In case of cancellation, even in case of force majeure, the deposit is not refundable. If cancellation occurs one month before the arrival date, even in case of force majeure, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
In case of a shortened stay, early departure or late arrival, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of amicable agreement, the consumer has the possibility to seize for free the mediator of the consumption of which the professional falls, namely the Association of the European mediators (AME CONSO), within one year as from the complaint written to the professional.
